The owner of the house, W. B. Case, operated a dry goods store that was located on Nason Street, at the present site of the Outdoor Store. The house is currently used as a multi-family house at #8 Maple Street.

The file contains newspaper clippings, an extensive history of 174 Great Road and miscellaneous information about the house.

This house was considered as a "Very old house" at the time it changed owners in 1757. House no longer in existence.

File contains a sketch of house and real estate information about the property at 93 Acton Street, a genealogy of the Brown Family copies of deeds relevant to the transfers.

Joshua Edwards house at 15 Brown Street is a good example of a Victorian style house, with its wrap-around porches and detailed trim. Note the width of Brown Street and the trolley tracks which was the reason for Brown Street.
